ERP Project Management Consultant
Project Description: Provide consultation and project management for the consolidation of three corporate divisions into one global company on one ERP platform. Key driver to define new consolidated organization structure and operating procedures internationally.
Responsible for determining project scope and performing a detailed gap analysis between the divisions, establishing a project schedule, driving the discovery and change management, and accomplishing the consolidation while adhering to the corporate executive roadmap.
Responsible for supporting the migration of current business solutions with minimal application modifications and promoting and support process re-engineering to more efficient business processes that meet “out of the box” application functionality and still support complex MRP in their manufacturing SCM.
- Led the business through a definition of a new corporate structure and operating model that combined three separate operating divisions into one North American corporation
- Consolidated all corporate functions into one operating model; finance, customer support, engineering, manufacturing, order management, and sales
- Performed business process mapping to identify more efficient sharing of operational duties between the three locations
